Lindsey Powell Townsend, Principal Broker, is a lifelong Arkansan who grew up in the Hope-Prescott area. She graduated from Southern Arkansas University with a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business (2003) and a Master’s degree in Agriculture (2008).

Lindsey is deeply involved in her community. She is a Life Member of the Junior Auxiliary of Hope, a dedicated 4‑H volunteer, a member of the Melonvine Striders Running Club, a past board member of the Southwest Arkansas Arts Council, a past board member of the Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce, and a former Director of Women Run Arkansas – Hope Clinic. She also previously served on the Southern Arkansas University Alumni Board, where she held the office of Secretary/Treasurer.

Lindsey is married to Wade, and together they have two children, Henry and Allison. Their family are active members of Spring Hill Christian Church.

Her passions include her church, her family, riding and showing Reining horses, supporting Henry in his rodeo pursuits, cheering on Allison in dance, and proudly supporting the Spring Hill Bears, Prescott Curley Wolves, and Hope Bobcats.
