Steve has been licensed to sell real estate for 10 years and was formerly associated with The Judy Murphy Company. He is now a Principal Broker and the owner of Lance & Associates Real Estate. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate business, and his "specialty area" is farm and ranch. Previous to real estate, he managed cattle at Koen Farms for nearly 13 years. Steve graduated in 1982 from SAU with a B.S. in Agri-Business.
He is married to Cindy and they have two children, Amanda and Clay. The family attends the Church of Christ. Steve is very committed to his church and family.
His interests include farm and ranch life and team roping that involves son, Clay, as well.

Jim has been in the real estate business for 28 years. He first became interested in selling real estate to supplement his coaching/teaching salary. He states that he has enjoyed the real estate business more every year that he has been in it.
Jim has also been teaching school for 25 years; he graduated from Ouachita University with a BSE in Education, and he is a part time cattle rancher.
When he can find the "spare" time, he enjoys golf, the horse races, and their condo in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

Lindsey Powell Townsend is a native Arkansan who grew up in the Hope/Prescott area. She graduated from Southern Arkansas University in 2003 with a Bachelors degree in Agricultural Business, and a Masters degree in Agriculture in 2008. Lindsey is a member of the Southern Arkansas University Alumni Board, which she currently serves as the Secretary/Treasurer.
Lindsey is married to Wade, and they have one son, Henry. The family is active members of Spring Hill United Methodist Church, where Lindsey and Wade are Youth and Young Adult teachers.
Lindsey’s passions include her church, her family, riding and showing Reining horses, and cheering for her nieces and nephews in Spring Hill Bears and Prescott Curley Wolves sporting events.
